Global Business Analytics & Pricing Manager (m/f)

For our partner, a world leader when it comes to mother, child and patient wellbeing, we are looking for an experienced Global Business Analytics & Pricing Manager (m/f/d) based in Central Switzerland to find future business opportunities.

Tasks

Business Analytics:

  • Perform market analysis to determine the current market share, share growth, penetration and potential “white space” in the market for future business opportunity
  • Perform business analytics for solutions to clients and partners
  • Develop case studies which demonstrate the various client solutions and aid in growing the business
  • Develop executive presentations and presentation of the marketing KPIs as well as the progress vs. objectives on key projects to the Group Management
  • Gather, analyse and interpret marketplace trends and customer data as input to marketing and product development strategies for individual consumers, business customers and retail channels
  • Study and analyse the markets helping to identify and quantify the right growth opportunities and staying abreast of competitive positioning
  • Monitor market conditions, trends, competitors to project business sector and consumer demand
  • Build competitive business intelligence reports to help assess the state of the market and best practices

Pricing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop pricing strategies for the current and future products within the portfolio across targeted customer and market segments
  • Collaborate with the finance team to set floor prices for each key product and recommend target prices
  • Monitor pricing execution globally and recommend price changes based on all available external information
  • Recommend pricing strategies for new product lines
  • Ensure pricing strategies are consistent with brand and marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the field of business analytics, marketing and pricing
  • Experience at a consultancy firm is mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent understanding of building, implementing and monitoring the business
  • Analytical and detailed in execution
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Strong persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Team Player
